Madras High Court District Judge Prelims Result & Final Answer Key Released

Madras High Court has announced the preliminary results and released the final answer key for the recruitment of District Judge (Entry Level) positions. Candidates who participated in the preliminary examination can now check their results and refer to the final answer key.

1. Recruitment Notification:

   • Madras High Court issued a notification for the recruitment of District Judge (Entry Level) vacancies.

2. Important Dates:

   • The online application process commenced on 1st July 2023.
   • The last date for online application was 31st July 2023.
   • Preliminary Exam (OMR Method) took place on 30th September 2023.
   • Main Written Exam was scheduled for 2nd and 3rd December 2023.
   • Viva-Voce is set to begin on 31st January 2024 onwards.

3. Application Fee:

   • For Others (Candidates not belonging to SC/SC(A)/ST in the State of Tamil Nadu) and Candidates from other States/Union Territories: Rs. 2000/-
   • For SC/ST/Differently abled Persons & Destitute Widows of all castes: Nil
   • Payment Mode: Through Online

4. Age Limit:

   • Minimum Age for SC/SC(A)/ST Candidates belonging to the State of Tamil Nadu: 35 Years
   • Maximum Age for various categories: up to 60 Years
   • Age Relaxation is Applicable as per Rules.

5. Qualification:

   • Candidates should possess a Degree in Law.
