Steps to Download JEE Advanced 2024 Answer Key

  1. Visit the Official Website: Go to jeeadv.ac.in.

  2. Navigate to the Answer Key Section: Click on the ‘Important announcement’ section and select the JEE Advanced answer key link.

  3. Select the Answer Key Link: Choose the JEE Advanced (Paper 1 / Paper 2) answer key link.

  4. Log In: You will be redirected to the ‘Candidate login’ page. Enter your registration number, phone number, and date of birth (DoB).

  5. Submit the Information: Click the submit button after filling in all the required details.

  6. View the Answer Key: The JEE Advanced 2024 answer key will be displayed on the screen.

  7. Download and Print: Download the answer key and print a copy for future reference.

IIT Madras has already released the response sheet, allowing candidates to compare their answers with the answer key and estimate their scores.

Eligibility for JEE Advanced:
The top 2.5 lakh students from JEE Main 2024 are eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. To secure admission to an IIT, students generally need to rank below 10,000. For top 10 IITs, a rank within 1000 to 3000 is often required.

Cut-off Marks:
The cut-off marks have increased this year. The minimum cut-off for general category candidates in JEE Main 2024 was 93.2 percentile, up from 90.7 in 2023 and 88.4 in 2022. This year, 56 candidates achieved a perfect score of 100 percentile in JEE Main.
