Gujarat Board Announces Class 10 Results with Improved Success Rate
Results Released for Class 10 Students
Rajkot: The wait for millions of students in Gujarat has come to an end today. The GSEB board has officially released the Class 10 (SSC) results at 8 AM. Education Minister Pradyuman Vaja announced this good news during a press conference. This year, the overall pass percentage stands at 83.86%, showing an improvement from last year's 83.08%. Students are now eager to see the results of their hard work.
How to Check Your Results
To view the results, visit the official website gseb.org. Click on the SSC-2026 Exam Result link, enter your 6-digit seat number, and press the Go button. The scorecard will appear on your screen, which you can download for future reference. If the website is busy, you can also send your seat number to the WhatsApp number 6357300971 to receive your results. The process has been made quite simple.
Passing Marks and Supplementary Exams
According to the board, students must secure at least 33% marks in each subject as well as overall. Those who fail in one or two subjects will have the opportunity to take the compartment exam in the last week of June 2026. This chance will allow students to improve their performance next time.
Number of Students Appeared for the Exam
This year, approximately 907,175 students appeared for the Class 10 exams, which were conducted across 1,701 centers in Gujarat. In total, 15,27,724 students participated in the board examinations for both Class 10 and Class 12. There has been a significant increase in the number of students compared to last year.
Better Results Compared to Last Year
Last year, the pass percentage was 83.08%, while this year it has risen to 83.86%. The education minister congratulated the students, teachers, and parents. The board praised the hard work of the students and wished them success in their future endeavors.
Class 12 Results Announced Earlier
The Gujarat board had previously announced the Class 12 (HSC) and GUJCET results on May 4, 2026. With the Class 10 results now available, students can focus on their further studies and career planning.
