The result declaration took place at Indira Bhavan under the supervision of the state's Minority Welfare Directorate. Cabinet Minister Dharampal Singh, along with the officials from the directorate and Muslim Waqf, graced the event with their presence.

To pass the UP Madarsa Board examination, students need to obtain at least 33 percent marks, which is the standard passing criterion in India. This year's results have shown an impressive pass rate, with over 84 percent of students successfully clearing the exams. The total number of students who appeared for the UP Madarsa Board examination this year was 1.69 lakh, participating in various courses such as Munshi/Maulvi (Higher Secondary), Alim (Senior Secondary), Kamil (Undergraduate), and Fazil (Postgraduate). The board had designated 539 examination centers across the state.

According to the information shared by UPMEB, a total of 1.09 lakh students (84.48 percent) achieved success in the madrasa board exam. Among the successful candidates, 54,481 were male students (98.54 percent), while 55,046 (87.22 percent) were female students.
