The State Board of Technology Education & Training, Telangana, has released the round 1 seat allocation results for the Telangana Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (TS POLYCET) 2024 on June 30. Candidates who have completed the registration for the counselling procedure can now check their seat allocation status on the official website, tgpolycet.nic.in.

Important Dates for TS POLYCET 2024 Counselling

  • Round 1 Self-Reporting and Payment of Fee: June 30 to July 4 (online mode)
  • Final Phase Online Filing of Basic Information: July 7 to July 8
  • Final Phase Certificate Verification: From July 9
  • Exercising Option: July 9 to July 10
  • Provisional Allotment of Seats, Self-Reporting and Payment of Fee: July 13 to July 15 (online mode)
  • Allotted College Reporting: July 13 to July 16
  • Commencement of Academic Session: From July 15 onwards

How to View TS POLYCET 2024 Seat Allocation Results

Candidates can follow these steps to download the seat allotment letter and check their seat allocation status:

  1. Visit the Official Website: Go to tgpolycet.nic.in, the official TS POLYCET 2024 website.

  2. Download Seat Allotment: Select the link labelled “Download Seat Allotment for Phase 1.”

  3. Login: Enter your login details including password, mobile number, and registration number.

  4. Check Allocation Status: The status of seat allocation will be displayed on the screen.

  5. Save the Seat Allotment Letter: For future reference, save and download the seat allocation letter.

After TS POLYCET 2024 Seat Allotment Result

Upon receiving the seat allotment, candidates should download the letter indicating their course and institute names. Following this, candidates must complete the self-reporting process which involves:

  • Payment of Fees: Candidates satisfied with their seat allotment must confirm their seat by paying the required fee using online methods like debit cards, credit cards, or net banking.

  • Document Verification: Provide necessary documents for online verification.

After completing these steps, candidates will receive an admission number confirming their allotted seat. It is essential to print the self-report form after completion for future reference.
