Aspirants who appeared for the SSC MTS and Havaldar Session II exam in 2023 can anticipate the release of their scorecards on the official SSC website at ssc.nic.in. SSC MTS, Havaldar 2023 Result: Qualifying Marks

To pass the SSC MTS and Havaldar (CBIC, CBN) Exam 2023, candidates must attain the following qualifying marks:

  • Unreserved Category: A minimum of 30% of the total marks is required.
  • OBC and EWS Categories: Aspirants need at least 25% of the total marks to qualify.
  • SC and ST Categories: To qualify, candidates must secure a minimum of 20% of the total marks.

SSC MTS, Havaldar 2023 Result: Cut-off Criteria

The commission has indicated in its notification that it will publish distinct category- and state-specific cutoffs for the SSC MTS Session II exam. This is because there are two age groups for MTS positions: 18 to 25 and 18 to 27. Accordingly, separate cutoffs may be established for each age group, category, and state.

It's important to note that the merit list will be solely based on the results of the Session II exam.

SSC MTS, Havaldar 2023 Result: Resolution of Tie Cases

In the event of a tie where multiple candidates achieve the same total score, the following tie-breaking procedures will be applied:

  • Candidates who performed better in the Session II general awareness exam will be given preference.
  • If a tie persists, the total score from the Session I exam will be considered.
  • If the tie still remains unresolved, the older candidate will be given precedence.
  • If the tie remains unbroken, the names will be sorted alphabetically.
