PU LLB/LLM 2024 Admission Tentative Merit List Released – View Details on onlineadmissions.puchd.ac.in

Punjab University has released the tentative merit list for the Bachelor of Law (LLB) and Master of Law (LLM) courses on August 2, 2024. Candidates can view or download their merit list from the official website. As the list is tentative, candidates can raise any questions or objections by today, August 3, 2024, through the website. The rights for modification or removal of rejections will remain active until August 5, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria

For PU LLB:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• General Category: Minimum 45% marks in aggregate.
• SC/ST/BC Category: Minimum 40% marks in aggregate.
• Age Limit: None

For PU LLM:

• Education: LLB degree (3-year or 5-year integrated course) from Panjab University or any recognized university.
• General Category: Minimum 55% marks in LLB degree.
• SC/ST/BC Category: Minimum 50% marks in LLB degree.
• Age Limit: None

Steps to Check the Merit List

1. Visit the Official Website.
2. Click on the link for the tentative merit list.
3. Find the merit list PDF and check for your name and rank.
4. Download and take a printout of the PDF for future reference.

Important Dates

• August 7, 2024: Uploading of provisional merit list after clearing all objections.
• August 8-9, 2024: Submission of the provisional list to DUI office.
• August 9-14, 2024: Counselling for departments proposing counselling.
• August 16-17, 2024: Submission of provisional admission list for departments proposing counselling.
• Up to August 21, 2024: Approval of provisional merit list by DUI office.

The dates for uploading documents, fee submission, and the commencement of classes will be announced later by the DUI office.
