The Joint Entrance Examination Council (Polytechnic), Uttar Pradesh, has released the seat allocation results for Round 4 of the JEECUP counselling 2024. Candidates who participated in this round can view their seat allocation status on the official website jeecup.admissions.nic.in.

Important Dates and Details:

• Seat Acceptance Fee Payment: Candidates assigned a seat must pay the seat acceptance fee online between August 18 and August 22, 2024.
• Document Verification: Verification will take place from August 20 to August 22, 2024 at designated district support centres.
• Balance Fee Deposit: For candidates allotted seats in government/aided/PPP Polytechnic Institutes, the online balance fee deposit can be made from August 20 to August 23, 2024.
• Seat Withdrawal: The last date for seat withdrawal is August 24, 2024.
• Commencement of Classes: Classes will start on August 21, 2024.

1. Visit the Official Website: Go to jeecup.admissions.nic.in.
2. Select Seat Allotment Link: On the homepage, click on the ‘Round 4 seat allotment result’ link for JEECUP 2024.
3. Enter Login Details: Provide your login credentials and click “Submit.”
4. View Result: Your seat allotment result will appear on the screen.
5. Download and Save: Check the result and download the document.
6. Print: Keep a physical copy for future reference.

JEECUP 2024: Admission Fees

• Government and Aided Institutions: The seat acceptance fee is INR 3,250.
• Private Institutions: Approximately 50% of the total fee is required for candidates assigned to private institutions, along with a counselling charge of INR 250. Online payment is the recommended method for the seat acceptance fee.

JEECUP 2024: Round 4 Seat Acceptance Process

1. Acceptance of Seat: If you are satisfied with your seat, accept it by paying the required fee by the deadline.
2. Verification of Documents: Visit the designated centre for document verification during the specified hours. Ensure all necessary documents are in order.
3. Fee Payment: After successful document verification, pay the fee using your preferred payment method. If opting to “Float” (considering further rounds), pay the INR 3,000 security fee. If opting to “Freeze” (confirming your seat fully), pay the institute fee online.
4. Reporting to the Institute: If you have “Frozen” your seat, follow the institute’s guidelines for reporting and completing the remaining admission formalities.
