Candidates can apply for PhD admission under four specific categories: those who have qualified for the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) with UGC-NET; Assistant Professors and UGC-NET candidates eligible for PhD admission; UGC-NET candidates eligible solely for PhD admission; and those applying through the university's entrance examination.
