IBPS Clerk Exam 2023 Results Declaration

The IBPS has officially released the provisional seat allotment list for the Clerk recruitment on its official website at ibps.in. Candidates who appeared for both the preliminary and mains exams can now view the results in PDF format by using their registration number and password.

Exam Schedule and Vacancies

The Clerk prelims examination was conducted on August 26, 27, and September 2, followed by the mains exam on October 7. This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 4545 vacancies within the organization. The deadline to download the provisional allotment list is January 28.

Allocation Process and Validity

Candidates shortlisted will be provisionally allotted to one of the Participating Banks based on vacancies for the financial year 2023-24. This allocation adheres to the Government Guidelines on reservation policy and administrative convenience. The validity for CRP Clerks-XII will conclude on March 31, 2024.

Mains Exam Details

The IBPS Clerk mains exam carries 200 marks and spans over 2 hours 40 minutes. It comprises four sections: reasoning, quantitative aptitude, English language, and computer knowledge & general awareness. Candidates earn 1 mark for each correct answer and face a deduction of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer. The exam includes a total of 190 questions, distributed across various sections.
