In this year's class 10th results, 64.64 percent of Gujarat students have qualified. Out of the total number of schools, 272 schools achieved a 100 percent pass rate. However, there has been a slight decrease in the overall pass percentage compared to the previous year. Last year, a total of 772,771 candidates registered for the exam, with 503,726 students passing. The overall pass percentage was 65.18 percent, with 59.92 percent of boys and 71.66 percent of girls passing the examination.

For those dissatisfied with their class 10th results in Gujarat, there is an option to apply for rechecking of answer sheets. The board will soon share the details regarding the rechecking process. Additionally, students can apply for compartment exams to avoid losing a year. They can choose to fill out the forms for one or more subjects in order to appear for the compartment exams. In related news, the Gujarat Board released the class 12th science exam results on May 2. The pass percentage for this stream was 65.58 percent. Among the students, 1,523 scored A2, 6,188 scored B1, 11,984 scored B2, and 19,135 scored C1. Morbi emerged as the top-performing district this year. Out of approximately 107,000 students who registered for the Gujarat HSC 12th board exams, around 106,347 students appeared for the exams. The class 12 exams were conducted from March 14 to March 31, with practical exams taking place from February 20 to February 28. The results for the 12th arts and commerce streams are still awaited.
