WBCS Prelims Exam Date 2023 Postponed: Check New Schedule at wbpsc.gov.in

The West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) has released a notification for the West Bengal Civil Service (Exe.) Exam 2023. This prestigious exam opens doors to a career in the civil services for eligible candidates. However, please note that the Prelims Exam date has been postponed. Read on for more details.

Application Fee:

• For Others: Rs. 210/- + Rs. 20/-
• For SC/ST/PWDS candidates of West Bengal: Nil

Important Dates:

• Starting Date for Online Applications: 28th February 2023
• Last Date to Apply Online & Fee Payment: 21st March 2023 (up to 3:00 pm)
• Last Date for Offline Submission & Fee Payment: 22nd March 2023
• Edit Option Available Dates: 14th May 2023 (up to 3:00 pm)
• Prelims Exam Date (Postponed): 5th November 2023

Age Limit as of 01-01-2022:

• Minimum Age Limit: 21 Years
• Maximum Age Limit: 36 Years
• Candidates born between 1st January 2002 and 1st January 2003 (i.e., aged between 20 and 21 years as of 01.01.2023) may apply for Group B only.
• Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Qualification:

• Candidates should possess any degree.
• The candidates must fulfill the requisite qualifications by the closing date of submission of the application.
