Rajasthan Teaching Associate Recruitment Notification



The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) has released a notification for the recruitment of Teaching Associates, offering a significant opportunity for those seeking government employment in Rajasthan. The recruitment will fill a total of 3,540 Teaching Associate roles. The online application process is scheduled to begin on May 5th and will remain open until June 3rd.


Salary Information

Selected candidates for the Teaching Associate positions will earn a monthly salary of ₹28,850.


Eligibility Requirements

Candidates interested in applying must have completed their postgraduate education from a recognized institution in India, achieving at least a 55% aggregate score. Additionally, applicants must have passed the SLET/SET or NET examination. Proficiency in Hindi (written in Devanagari script) and familiarity with Rajasthan's culture are also required.


Age Criteria

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and not older than 40 years. Age relaxation will be applicable for candidates from reserved categories.


Examination Format

The selection process will include a computer-based examination. This exam will consist of questions totaling 75 marks on 'General Studies of Rajasthan' and 300 marks on 'Subject-Specific' topics. The General Studies section will last one hour, while the Subject-Specific section will be two hours long.


Application Fees

An application fee is required for all applicants. General Category candidates must pay ₹600, while candidates from Reserved Categories and Persons with Disabilities (Divyang) will pay ₹400.
