The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has officially announced the Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS) examination, which is intended to fill various administrative roles within the state. The complete notification is available on the RPSC's official website.


This year, there are 607 positions available through the RPSC RAS recruitment examination. The application process is set to begin on June 4, 2026, and candidates can apply only through the online platform. The recruitment consists of three phases: the Preliminary Examination, the Main Examination, and the Interview.

Steps to Apply:


1. Visit the RPSC portal via the Rajasthan SSO Portal.


2. Complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) to create your ID.


3. Go to the 'Recruitment' section and click on the link for "RAS/RTS Combined Competitive Exam 2026".

Eligibility Criteria for Applicants

Who Can Apply?


Eligibility is restricted to Indian citizens who are residents of Rajasthan. Applicants must hold a recognized bachelor's degree from a university or institution. Those in their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply.


Age Limit for RPSC RAS Examination

Age Requirements:


For candidates in the General Category, the age limit is between 21 and 40 years. For OBC and SC/ST candidates, the age limits will follow state government guidelines. Notably, there is no cap on the number of attempts a candidate can make, allowing them to apply until they reach the maximum age limit.
