NCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025: Apply for 94 Graduate and Diploma Positions

Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) has announced the recruitment for 94 Graduate and Diploma Apprentice positions for 2025. Eligible candidates from Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh can apply online from December 9 to December 23, 2025. NCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Overview



Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) has announced the recruitment notification for the NCL Apprentice positions for the year 2025. A total of 94 vacancies are available for both Graduate and Diploma Apprentices. Candidates from Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh are invited to apply online via the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal, with the application window open from December 9 to December 23, 2025.

The recruitment includes:



  • 26 positions for Commerce Graduates (B.Com.)


  • 68 positions for Diploma holders in Civil Engineering

Eligibility Criteria

Who can apply?



  • B.Com. Graduate Trainees: Must possess a 3-year full-time UGC-recognized Bachelor of Commerce degree.


  • Civil Engineering Apprentices: Must have a 3-year full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering, recognized by AICTE or a State Board.



The age limit for applicants is between 18 and 26 years as of December 1, 2025.


Stipend Information

Stipend Details:



  • Graduate Trainees (B.Com.): Rs. 12,300 per month


  • Diploma Apprentices (Civil Engineering): Rs. 10,900 per month



Selection Process

Selection Method: Candidates will be selected based on academic performance and document verification. Applications must be submitted online through the NATS portal. The selection process includes:



  • Shortlisting based on academic marks


  • Document verification


  • Medical examination


  • Preparation of a merit list


  • Signing of the final apprenticeship agreement
