Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the Administrative unit must possess a Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized institution. For the Technical unit, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology is required. Applicants must have completed their degrees by 30 October 2026. Those who have previously undergone apprenticeship training elsewhere or are currently in such training are ineligible.


If grades are provided in CGPA or OGPA format, they must be converted to a percentage as per the guidelines of the respective university, and proof of this conversion should be available during document verification.


Category Certificate Rules

Certificates for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Other Backward Class (OBC) must be valid for the financial year 2026-27 and issued after April 1, 2026. The OBC Non-Creamy Layer certificate must also be valid as of the application deadline.


Selection Process

The selection process will begin with an initial shortlisting based on the undergraduate degree percentage. If the number of applications is substantial, a written screening test may be conducted at the institute's discretion. The final selection will depend solely on the interview performance.
