ITBP Constable Tradesman Vacancy 2024: Applications Invited for 51 Positions

The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) has announced recruitment for various posts of Constable Tradesman. Here are the details candidates need to know:

Educational Qualification:

• Candidates must have passed the Class 10 examination from a recognized board.
• For Tailor or Cobbler positions, candidates should have an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in the respective trade. Alternatively, candidates with a two-year work experience in these trades or a two-year Diploma from ITI are also eligible.

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 23 years

Application Fees:

• General, OBC, EWS Candidates: Rs 100
• Female Candidates, SC, ST, ESM Categories: Exempted from fee payment

Selection Process:

1. Physical Efficiency and Standard Test (PE&ST): Includes tasks like running, long jump, and high jump.
2. Document Verification: Verification of educational certificates, age proof, caste certificates (if applicable), ITI certificates, etc.
3. Written Examination: Tests knowledge in general knowledge, mathematics, English, Hindi, and trade-related information.
4. Medical Examination: Ensures fitness for duty.
