Eligibility Criteria for Uttarakhand TET
The Uttarakhand Teacher Eligibility Test comprises two distinct papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 is intended for those aiming to teach classes 1 to 5, while Paper 2 is for teaching classes 6 to 8. The educational requirements for each paper are outlined below:
Paper 1: Candidates must have completed Class 12 with at least 50% marks and should have either passed or be in the final year of a two-year D.El.Ed., BTC, or B.El.Ed. program.
Paper 2: Candidates need to hold a graduation degree along with a qualification in B.Ed., B.El.Ed., BA-B.Ed., or BSc-B.Ed.
Application Fee Structure
Application Fee: The fee for the Uttarakhand TET is ₹600 for a single paper and ₹1,000 for both papers for candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories. For SC, ST, and differently-abled candidates, the fee is ₹300 for one paper and ₹500 for both.
