Uttarakhand PSC Announces 808 Lecturer Vacancies for 2025

The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has announced the recruitment of 808 lecturer positions for the 2025 academic year. Candidates can apply online from December 31 to January 20, covering various subjects in both General and Women's branches. Those who previously applied do not need to reapply, and their earlier applications will be considered valid. UKPSC Vacancy: The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has revealed plans to fill 808 lecturer roles. A notification has been issued for the Uttarakhand Special Subordinate Education (Lecturer Cadre Group-C) (General Branch and Women's Branch) Service Examination 2025. Interested candidates can submit their online applications for these lecturer positions from December 31 to January 20.

The recruitment process will cover 725 vacancies across 15 subjects in the General Branch and 83 vacancies in 12 subjects for the Women's Branch. Candidates will have the opportunity to amend their application forms from January 28 to February 6, 2026.

The General Branch recruitment includes subjects such as Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Civics, Economics, History, Geography, Sociology, Art, Commerce, and Agricultural Science. The Women's Branch will cover Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Civics, Economics, History, Geography, and Home Science.

No Need to Reapply:
Candidates who previously applied for the lecturer positions under advertisement number A-3/S-1/DR(L.I.C)/2024, dated October 18, 2024, do not need to submit a new application for this recruitment. Their earlier applications (except for the Art subject) will still be considered valid.

Application Fee Policy:
The commission has clarified that applicants who wish to reapply can cancel their previous application and submit a new one, but the earlier application fee will not be refunded.

Cancellation of Art Applications:
The UKPSC has announced that all online applications for the Lecturer-Art position in the General Branch submitted in response to the October 18, 2024 advertisement have been cancelled. Candidates who meet the educational qualifications specified in the new advertisement can apply for the positions advertised on December 30, 2025.
