UPSC EPFO APFC Selection Process & Exam Scheme



  • Selection Stages : Written Recruitment Test (RT) followed by an Interview.


  • Weightage : The Recruitment Test (RT) and Interview carry standard weightage (usually 75:25) as decided by UPSC.


  • Exam Pattern : The test is of 2 hours duration, objective type multiple choice questions, set both in Hindi and English (except English section).


  • Negative Marking : There will be negative marking of 1/3rd (0.33) marks for every wrong answer.
