UGC NET December 2025 Admit Card Announcement

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is set to release the admit card for the UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) scheduled from December 31, 2025, to January 7, 2026. With less than ten days remaining until the exam, candidates are eagerly awaiting the release of the December 2025 UGC NET admit card. The hall tickets will be available on the official website, ugcnet.nta.nic.in. It is important to note that the UGC NET December exam will take place on December 31, 2025, and on January 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7, 2026.


Exam Format and Schedule

This examination will be conducted in a computer-based test (CBT) format across 85 subjects. The test will be held in two shifts: the morning shift from 9 AM to 12 PM and the afternoon shift from 3 PM to 6 PM. However, on December 31, 2025, the exam will only occur in the morning shift, with no afternoon session scheduled.


How to Download the UGC NET December 2025 Admit Card

Once the NTA releases the admit card, candidates should visit the official website, ugcnet.nta.nic.in.


On the homepage, click on the link titled 'Admit Card/Hall Ticket for UGC NET December 2025.'


Enter your application number, password, and security pin.


Your admit card will then be displayed on the screen.


Download it and save a copy for future reference.
