The State Bank of India (SBI) has initiated a significant recruitment campaign aimed at hiring apprentices, with the online application process now open. Those selected will participate in a one-year training program, receiving a monthly stipend of ₹15,000, which is designed to provide them with essential skills for a successful career in banking.
Eligibility Criteria for Applicants

Educational Background: Candidates must possess a graduation degree from a recognized institution. Additionally, they need to pass the eligibility test under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS).

The application fee is set at ₹300 for candidates in the General, OBC, and EWS categories. However, candidates from SC, ST, and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) are exempt from this fee.

Selection Process Overview
**Selection Methodology:**
The selection for this recruitment will involve an online written exam followed by a local language proficiency test. The written exam is scheduled for October and November and will consist of 100 questions worth a total of 100 marks, with a time limit of 60 minutes. The exam will cover four sections: General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude. Additionally, candidates' proficiency in the local language will be assessed.
