RPSC SI 2025 Results: The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) based in Ajmer has officially released the results for the written examination of the Sub-Inspector/Platoon Commander Competitive Examination-2025. As per the latest notification from RPSC, a total of 20,455 candidates have been selected to proceed to the physical test following this written assessment.


Those who achieved the minimum qualifying marks in this examination, which was conducted for both Scheduled and Non-Scheduled areas under the Home (Group-1) Department, are now provisionally eligible for the next phase, the Physical Efficiency Test (PET).


Ineligibility of Candidates

Reasons for Ineligibility:
Alongside the results, the Commission has disclosed that 1,744 candidates have been marked as ineligible. This decision stems from RPSC's stringent guidelines.


According to the advertisement's specific instructions, candidates who fail to mark any of the five provided options for over 10% of the questions will be considered ineligible. These candidates made this error on their OMR sheets, leading to their roll numbers being listed separately from the main results on the website.


Examination Details

Exam Dates:
The combined competitive examination for the roles of Sub-Inspector and Platoon Commander took place on April 5 and 6 of this year. The format of the exam was objective, consisting of Paper I and Paper II.


Physical Efficiency Test Information

Test Administration:
The Physical Efficiency Test will be organized by the Director General and Inspector General of Police, Rajasthan (Jaipur).


Schedule Announcement:
The Police Department will release the detailed schedule for the physical test in due course.


Eligibility Verification:
The Commission has indicated that eligibility verification for successful candidates has not yet occurred; this will take place during the interview process. Additionally, results for some candidates have been withheld.


The Commission has issued a special note regarding specific roll numbers:


Roll Number 1640138: The result is sealed due to an interim order from the Hon'ble Rajasthan High Court (Civil Writ Petition No. 6121/2026).
Roll Number 1397076: This candidate's result is pending the final decision in the Hon'ble High Court's Writ Petition No. 7438/2026.
Roll Number 1419021: This result has been withheld for administrative reasons.
