RBI Grade B Prelims Result OUT: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has officially announced the results for the preliminary examination aimed at recruiting Grade B (General) Officers for the 2026 panel year. Candidates who took the exam can now verify their roll numbers in the published merit list PDF.


Conducted on June 13, 2026, the Phase 1 (Prelims) examination results were made available on June 25, 2026. Individual scorecards along with category-wise cut-off marks will be released shortly on the official RBI website.

What is the next stage?
Those who have successfully passed the preliminary examination will advance to the next phase of the recruitment process. The Phase 2 examination is scheduled for July 25, 2026, where candidates must complete three separate papers, with attendance in all mandatory.


Details regarding the exam, including the center, reporting time, and other essential instructions, will be provided on the admit card. Candidates must adhere to the specified exam center and time, as changes to the exam date or location will not be accommodated by RBI.

The Phase-I examination for RBI Grade B recruitment is conducted online, comprising a total of 200 questions worth 200 marks. The subjects covered include General Awareness, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning.

To view the results, follow these steps:



  1. Visit the official RBI website.


  2. Navigate to the "Opportunities@RBI" section on the homepage.


  3. Click on either the "Current Vacancies" or "Results" link.


  4. Select the link for the RBI Grade B Phase-I Result 2026.


  5. The result PDF will appear on your screen.


  6. Use Ctrl + F to search for your roll number in the PDF.


  7. If your roll number is listed, you are selected for Phase 2.


  8. Download and save the result PDF for future reference.
