Rajasthan PTET 2026 Results Released
Vardhman Mahaveer Open University in Kota has officially announced the results for the Rajasthan PTET 2026. Candidates who took the exam can now access their scorecards via the official website. With the results now available, the admission process for B.Ed. colleges throughout the state is set to commence. This year, admissions will be exclusively for the two-year B.Ed. program. Those who pass will be assigned colleges through a merit-based counseling process. The new academic year is anticipated to start in July.

Premchand Bairwa, the Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan, announced the PTET 2026 results. After the announcement, he personally reached out to congratulate the top three candidates over the phone.
Exam Participation Statistics
The PTET exam took place on June 14, 2026. Out of 126,600 candidates who registered, 107,575 participated in the examination. This test is crucial for securing admission into two-year B.Ed. programs at both government and private teacher training institutions in Rajasthan.
Admission Opportunities Available
Following the results, the admission process for 935 B.Ed. colleges in the state will begin. Approximately 107,040 seats will be available this year. With the discontinuation of the four-year integrated B.A.-B.Ed. and B.Sc.-B.Ed. courses, the competition for available seats is expected to be less intense.

Reservation Benefits for Candidates
Candidates from Rajasthan can avail of the following reservation benefits: SC (16%), ST (12%), OBC (21%), MBC (5%), and EWS (10%). Additionally, there is a 5% horizontal reservation for persons with disabilities and dependents of ex-servicemen. Candidates from outside the state will be classified under the general category.
