During his second day in Assam, Prime Minister Narendra Modi participated in the "Pariksha Pe Charcha" initiative, a special program aimed at students. He took a cruise on the Brahmaputra River, accompanied by 25 students, where he spent approximately 40 minutes interacting with them aboard the MV Charaideo.


Record Registrations for the 9th Edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha

The registration deadline for the 9th edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha is set for January 11, 2026. There is significant excitement among students, educators, and parents regarding participation in PPC 2026. As per the latest updates from the official site, over 1.5 crore registrations have been recorded.


Specifically, a total of 1,54,33,285 applications have been submitted, comprising 1,43,40,916 from students, 9,41,515 from teachers, and 1,50,854 from parents.


Steps to Register for Pariksha Pe Charcha 2026

To register for the upcoming Pariksha Pe Charcha, follow these steps:



  1. Visit the official website at innovateindia1.mygov.in.


  2. Click on "Participate Now" on the homepage.


  3. Select your category: Student (Self Participation), Student (Participation through Teacher login), Teacher, or Parent, then click on "Click to Participate".


  4. Enter your full name and mobile number/email ID to register.


  5. Complete the registration by filling in the remaining details.



Application Requirements

Students can register for Pariksha Pe Charcha using their mobile number or email ID. Additionally, those with a DigiLocker ID can also utilize it for registration.
