AIIMS CRE-5 Recruitment Details

The registration for the AIIMS Common Recruitment Exam (CRE-5) is officially underway. This recruitment initiative is targeting Group B and C roles, with a total of 1,484 positions available.

Eligible candidates are encouraged to apply online through the official website. The application window will remain open until June 30. The Computer-Based Test (CBT) is set to take place from July 25 to July 27.

**Application Fee**

Applicants must pay a registration fee that varies by category: ₹3,000 for General and OBC candidates, and ₹2,400 for SC, ST, and EWS candidates. Notably, candidates classified as Persons with Disabilities (PwD) are exempt from this fee.

**Exam Pattern**

The CBT will feature 100 multiple-choice questions, totaling 400 marks, covering areas such as General Knowledge and Computer proficiency. Each question is valued at four marks, with a penalty of one-fourth of a mark for incorrect answers. To pass, candidates need to achieve a minimum of 40% for General and EWS, 35% for OBC, and 30% for SC and ST.

**Age Limit**

The age limit for applicants varies by position, with maximum ages set at 27, 30, and 35 years. Age relaxations are available: five years for SC and ST candidates, three years for OBC candidates, and ten years for those with disabilities.

**Educational Qualification**

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or other specified qualifications from a recognized institution in India.
