Selection Process
How will the selection be conducted?
According to officials, "Approximately 20,500 candidates have been shortlisted for interviews following necessary verification." The interview list was compiled based on three criteria: candidates' written exam scores (60 points), teaching experience (10 points), and eligibility (10 points).
Interviews will follow a 1:1.6 ratio, meaning that for every 100 positions available in each subject, 160 candidates will be invited.
Exam Details
The exam was conducted for 35 subjects.
The examination took place on September 14 across 478 centers, covering 35 subjects, each worth 60 marks.
Officials noted that many candidates from the 2016 exam, whose jobs were annulled following a Supreme Court ruling on April 3, are included in this interview list to fill 12,445 vacancies for Classes 11-12.
The verification process prior to the interviews is set to commence on November 18.
