Details of the Scheme
This scheme, approved by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, will soon be officially launched. It is designed to assist students in preparing for various competitive examinations, particularly benefiting those from remote and hilly regions of Uttarakhand.
Students who previously faced challenges accessing local coaching or could not afford private tuition will now have the opportunity to study from home using online resources.

The Mukhyamantri Yuva Bhavishya Nirman Yojana 2026 will offer coaching for a variety of competitive exams, including:
1. Civil Services exams by UPSC and State Public Service Commissions
2. CDS (Combined Defence Services)
3. Banking and Railway exams
4. SSC (Staff Selection Commission) exams
5. Entrance tests like TAT, MAT, GATE, NET, and CSIR-NET.
This comprehensive support will enable students to prepare for both government job exams and higher education entrance tests.
Advantages for Students
The initiative will cater to students in universities and government-aided colleges throughout Uttarakhand, providing them with online coaching and study materials, thus removing the necessity to attend physical coaching centers.
Support for Remote Areas
Students in Uttarakhand's hilly and remote areas often find it difficult to access coaching facilities, and the costs of private coaching can be prohibitive. This scheme aims to address these challenges by offering free online coaching, allowing students to prepare for exams from their homes. The government is currently finalizing the launch details following the approval from CM Pushkar Singh Dhami.
