Uttar Pradesh Home Guard Recruitment Announcement

The Uttar Pradesh government has initiated the online application process for filling 41,424 vacant Home Guard positions across all districts. Individuals who have completed their 10th grade are eligible to apply online for the Uttar Pradesh Police Home Guard Recruitment. Applications can be submitted through the official Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPBPB) website or the upprpb.in portal. The deadline for submitting applications is December 17, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have completed their 10th grade to qualify for the UP Home Guard roles. The age requirement ranges from a minimum of 18 years to a maximum of 30 years, with age calculated from the registration date. Additional points will be awarded for NCC and Bharat Scouts and Guides certificates, ranging from one to three points. Those with a Disaster Mitra training certificate will receive three extra points, while holders of a four-wheeler driving license will gain one additional point.
