This initiative follows directives from the Supreme Court, with plans to appoint 58 Special Teachers.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must hold a qualification in Special Education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). Additionally, they should have passed either the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) or a state-level Teacher Eligibility Test (TET). A valid Central Rehabilitation Register (CRR) number issued by the RCI is also necessary. Furthermore, applicants must currently work as Special Educators on a contractual or daily-wage basis under a District Basic Education Officer in any Uttar Pradesh district.
