Transparent Recruitment Process
Over the past nine years, the recruitment process within the Uttar Pradesh Police has become more transparent and efficient. The Chief Minister noted that since 2017, more than 220,000 police personnel have been recruited, bringing the total strength to approximately 550,000. This new recruitment drive aims to make 2026-27 a landmark year for youth employment.
Law and Order as a Foundation for Development
According to Chief Minister Yogi, a robust law and order situation is essential for development. Currently, Uttar Pradesh enjoys a strong rule of law, attracting both domestic and international investors. Rapid infrastructure development is underway, creating a favorable environment for industries. The police play a crucial role in maintaining this cycle, and the new recruitments are a significant step in that direction.
Emphasis on Communication and Technology
