The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has officially published the results for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for the Constable and Forest Guard roles. Candidates who participated in this examination can view their results by visiting the official site, upsssc.gov.in. Those who have been shortlisted will advance to the subsequent phase of the recruitment process, which includes additional evaluations and selection steps.
This recruitment initiative aims to fill a total of 693 positions for Forest Guards, 16 for Wildlife Guards, and 477 for Enforcement Constables. A total of 3,165 candidates have been shortlisted for the Enforcement Constable roles, while 2,993 candidates have qualified for the Forest Guard and Wildlife Guard positions.
Enforcement Constable Recruitment: After the written test conducted for the 477 Enforcement Constable vacancies, 6,060 candidates were selected for the physical examination. Out of these, 3,165 candidates passed, while 1,468 did not succeed, and 1,427 were absent. The candidates who passed will now move on to the next step:
Document Verification.
Forest Guard and Wildlife Guard Recruitment: In the recruitment for the combined 709 positions of Forest Guards and Wildlife Guards, 5,111 candidates took part in the physical examination. Among them, 2,993 candidates were successful, while 1,079 did not pass, and 1,039 were absent. The successful candidates will be invited for a medical examination.
Secretary (Category-3, Grade-2) Recruitment: The recruitment for 134 Secretary (Category-3, Grade-2) positions has concluded. Following the written examination and document verification, the final selection for all 134 posts has been completed, and the Commission has released the category-wise final selection list.
What Comes Next?
The next phase represents the final step in the recruitment process. During this stage, all necessary documents of the selected candidates for the Enforcement Constable roles—such as educational qualifications, identity proofs, and other essential documents—will be verified. Candidates chosen for the Forest Guard and Wildlife Guard positions will undergo a medical examination to evaluate their physical fitness and health. Meanwhile, the selection process for the Secretary (Category-3, Grade-2) recruitment has been finalized; thus, these candidates must promptly complete the formalities related to their appointment letters and joining procedures.
