UPSSSC has announced the ARO-ASO Recruitment for 2026, inviting applications for a total of 929 positions. The online application process will begin on April 21, 2026, and candidates can apply through the official website, upsssc.gov.in. The application window will remain open until May 11 for candidates aged between 21 and 40 years, with age relaxations applicable for reserved categories.


Eligibility Criteria
Only those who have achieved a valid score in the UPPET 2025 are eligible to apply for the ARO-ASO Recruitment 2026. Candidates must possess a Postgraduate (PG) degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, Economics, or a related field. Furthermore, an ‘O’ Level Computer Diploma and proficiency in Hindi typing are required.


Selection Process Overview
The selection for the ARO-ASO Recruitment 2026 will occur in multiple phases. Initially, candidates will be shortlisted based on their UPPET 2025 scores. Subsequently, a written examination worth 100 marks will be administered to the shortlisted candidates, and a merit list will be generated based on their performance.


The written examination will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions, totaling 100 marks. The exam will be structured into three sections: the first section will account for 75 marks, while the second and third sections will contribute 15 marks and 20 marks, respectively.
