UPPSC PCS Result 2024 Overview
UPPSC PCS Result 2024: The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has officially published the final results for the PCS 2024 examination. A total of 932 candidates have successfully passed this examination, with 196 candidates selected for the role of Assistant Commissioner. Akhil Pandey has secured the top position among Assistant Commissioners, and notably, five women are included in the top ten candidates for this role.
Assistant Commissioner Selections
Assistant Commissioner (Commercial Tax) Selections:
In the PCS 2024 examination, UPPSC has selected 196 candidates for the Assistant Commissioner position, which is crucial for administrative services. Akhil Pandey leads the list, followed by Divya Gupta in second place. Rohan Gupta (UR/GEN) ranks third, with Tejasvi Mishra and Pawan Kumar Mishra in fourth and fifth places, respectively. Among the top ten, five candidates are women.
Selections for ARTO Positions
Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO) Selections:
In the same examination, 16 candidates have been chosen for the ARTO positions, with Kueb Qureshi topping the list. Saumya Kulshreshtha, another woman, has secured the second position, followed by Farz Ahmed Siddiqui in third, Huma Praveen in fourth, and Abhishek Singh in fifth. Mohak Dubey and Astha Bansal rank sixth and seventh, respectively.

A total of 22 candidates have been appointed as Treasury Officers following the UP PCS examination.
Deputy Collector Appointments
Deputy Collector Selections:
In the UP PCS 2024 examination, 37 candidates have been selected for the Deputy Collector position, also known as SDM. A significant highlight is that 21 of these candidates are women, with 19 from Uttar Pradesh. This marks a notable increase compared to previous years, where 41 candidates were selected in PCS 2023, 39 in PCS 2022, and 52 in PCS 2021.
DSP Selections
Deputy SP (DSP) Selections:
For the Deputy SP position, only 17 candidates have been selected, with 7 being women. This is a decrease from previous years, where 42 candidates were chosen in PCS 2023, 93 in PCS 2022, and 25 in PCS 2021.
Women Candidates' Performance
Women Candidates Statistics:
Out of the 932 selected candidates, 319, or 34.22%, are women. This represents the highest success rate for women candidates in the last 12 years, with most being residents of Uttar Pradesh. In comparison, 84 women (33.46%) were selected from 251 candidates in PCS 2023, while 110 women (30.21%) were chosen from 364 candidates in PCS 2022. In PCS 2021, 141 women (22.48%) were selected from 627 candidates. Notably, Neha Panchal is the top rank holder, and the top 11 list includes three candidates named Neha: Neha Panchal, Neha Singh (5th rank), and Neha Tomar (11th rank). Other high-ranking women include Shruti Gupta (9th rank), Ankita Gupta, Rekha, Sudha, and Tina.

The Commission will soon release the cut-off scores for various categories. Selected candidates must attend document verification on the scheduled date before being appointed to the available positions.
