Exciting news has emerged for candidates aspiring to secure positions as Sub-Inspectors (SI) within the Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF). The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially revealed the examination dates for the SSC CPO SI CAPF examination scheduled for 2026. As per the SSC's announcement, the examination will take place after October. Aspirants are encouraged to devise a strategic study plan to enhance their chances of success.

Exam Schedule for SI and CAPF

The SSC has confirmed that the SSC CPO SI CAPF examination will occur from November 20 to November 28, 2026. During Paper-1, candidates will encounter 100 questions, each carrying one mark, covering topics such as General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge and General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English. The exam will last for one hour, and there will be a penalty for incorrect answers, with one-fourth of a mark deducted for each wrong response.

Details on Paper-2 Examination

Candidates who successfully pass Paper-1 will be invited to take the Paper-2 examination. This paper will consist of 100 questions valued at 200 marks, also covering General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge and General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English. The duration for this exam will also be one hour, with a penalty of 0.50 marks for each incorrect answer.

Admit Card Release Timeline

The SSC is expected to issue the admit cards for the SSC CPO SI CAPF examination by the second week of November. Once available, candidates can download their admit cards from the official SSC website using their login credentials.
