UP TGT-PGT Exam Dates Revealed

Announcement of Exam Dates: The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission has officially released the schedule for the UP TGT-PGT recruitment exams. This notification was first made public in June 2022. Alongside the TGT-PGT recruitment details, a comprehensive calendar for other upcoming examinations has also been shared. Notably, the Assistant Professor recruitment exam (Advertisement No. 51) is set for April 18 and 19, 2026, while the TGT recruitment exam (Advertisement No. 02/2022) will take place on May 9 and 10, 2026.

The commission has earmarked June 3 and 4 for the UP TGT recruitment examination. Additionally, the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UP TET) for 2026 is scheduled for July 2, 3, and 4, 2026.

Upcoming UP TET 2026 Notification:
The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission has indicated that the notification for UP TET 2026 will be released shortly. A distinct notification will provide detailed information regarding the schedule and application procedures.

Details on Assistant Professor Recruitment Exam:
The commission noted that results for the Assistant Professor recruitment exam conducted on April 16 and 17, 2025, were announced on September 4. However, due to a decision at the competent level, this examination was canceled. It will be re-administered with enhanced security measures, transparency, and integrity. Candidates will receive further details about the examination center, shifts, and admit card issuance in due course.
