Camp Schedule

The camp will be held at the Kamta bus station on December 1st and 2nd, operating from 10 AM to evening. Applicants are encouraged to arrive early to ensure they are seen promptly. Candidates from various regions, including Kanpur, Lucknow, Unnao, and others, are expected to attend.


Salary Structure

This position is a contract role with a pay rate of ₹2.06 per kilometer. Drivers who work a minimum of 22 days each month for two consecutive months will receive a leave bonus of ₹1,500 and a monthly bonus of ₹3,000. In the unfortunate event of a driver's death while on duty, their family will be compensated with ₹7.5 lakh.

Qualifications Required

To qualify as a contract driver with UP Roadways, candidates must have completed at least the sixth grade and be at least 23 years and 6 months old by December 1, 2025. There is no upper age limit, allowing individuals up to 50 years old to apply. A valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) driving license is mandatory, and learning licenses will not be accepted. Additionally, candidates must possess a minimum of two years of experience driving heavy vehicles (buses or trucks) and must have good eyesight without color blindness.

Applicants must ensure they carry complete documentation; incomplete submissions will result in rejection. The required documents include:



  • Aadhaar Card (original + two photocopies)


  • Driving License (original + two photocopies)


  • Sixth-grade marksheet/certificate (original + one photocopy)


  • Certificate of two years of experience (on company letterhead, letter from previous employer, salary slip, PF statement – any one)


  • Four recent passport-size photographs (white background)


  • A blank white sheet of paper and a blue/black pen


  • If applicable, a copy of the PSV badge for bonus points
