Registration Process for UP Board Examinations

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has commenced the registration for the Class 10 and 12 board examinations scheduled for 2027. Both schools and private candidates can register online. It is essential for schools to finalize student admissions, gather examination fees, and upload the required information to the portal within the designated timeframe. The Board has emphasized that any mistakes made during the registration process could adversely affect future admit cards and examination records, hence schools and students should meticulously verify all details.

Key Dates for Examination Fees and Student Details

1. Examination Fees Deadline: August 5, 2026

As per the Board's schedule, schools must collect admission and examination fees from students by August 5, 2026. The total amount collected should then be deposited into the treasury via challan by August 10.

2. Uploading Student Details: August 16, 2026

Schools are required to upload students' educational details, registration information, and fee particulars to the Board's website by midnight on August 16, 2026. A late fee of ₹100 will be charged if a student's fee is submitted after this deadline.

3. Late Fee Opportunity Until August 20, 2026

Schools can upload data and other necessary information for students who are paying the late fee until August 20, 2026. After this date, schools must verify the students' details.

Correction and Verification Period

4. Verification Period: August 21 - August 31

The Board has designated the period from August 21 to August 31 for verifying student details. A correction window will be available from September 1 to September 10 for making amendments to details such as names, dates of birth, subjects, and photographs. Schools must submit lists of candidates and relevant documents to the District Inspector of Schools (DIOS) office by September 30.

5. Importance of Accuracy

UPMSP has urged all schools to carefully check details including student names, parents' names, dates of birth, gender, subjects, and photographs before final verification. Any inaccuracies could impact the admit card and examination records. Students are also encouraged to reach out to their schools to confirm that their information has been accurately recorded.
