The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially published the exam city slip for the Paper-1 of the Junior Engineer (JE) Examination 2026 on its website, ssc.gov.in. Candidates can log in with their credentials to find out the location of their examination.

Steps to Access the SSC JE 2026 Exam City

To check your exam city for SSC JE 2026, follow these steps:

1. Visit the official website: ssc.gov.in.

2. Log in using your registration number and password.

3. Click on the link for the Junior Engineer Examination 2026.

Exam Schedule Overview

As per the notification from the Commission, the Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) Paper-1 examination is set to take place from November 2 to November 6, 2026. The examination for Telecommunication Engineering is scheduled for November 30 to December 1, 2026. Details regarding the exam city for the Telecommunication paper will be available about 8 to 10 days prior to the exam date. Registration for scribes is now mandatory and must be linked to Aadhaar authentication.
