SSC GD Constable Results Overview
SSC GD Constable: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the results for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) related to the General Duty (GD) Constable Recruitment Examination for 2025. A total of 126,736 candidates have successfully qualified and will proceed to the next phase, which includes the Detailed Medical Examination (DME) and Document Verification (DV).
Application and Examination Details
Applications Received
A total of 394,121 applications were submitted for the constable recruitment by the Commission. The examination took place from August 20 to September 15, with 259,359 candidates participating. Out of these, 126,736 candidates emerged successful.
Upon reviewing educational and medical documents, 95,264 candidates were deemed eligible for the medical examination. The Commission noted that 45 applications were provisionally rejected, including 31 candidates who passed the written test. These candidates will be included in the examination process once all necessary steps are completed.
Regional Success Rates
In the Central Region, Regional Director Dr. Ashish Kumar Srivastava reported that 18,876 candidates succeeded, which includes 1,613 women.
