Deputy Manager (IT) - Application Developer B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics & Communication Engineering (minimum 60% marks) with 3 years of relevant experience.
Assistant Manager (Human Resources) MBA in HR, MSW, PM & IR, or a 2-year PG Diploma in HR.
Assistant Manager (Finance & Sales) B.Com with CA or ICWA.
Assistant Manager (MM) Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Printing, or Pulp & Paper Engineering; plus a PG degree, diploma, or MBA in Material/Supply Chain/Logistics Management.
Assistant Manager (IT) MCA or B.Tech in Computer Engineering/IT.
Assistant Manager (OL) Post-Graduation in Hindi or English with 2 years of experience in translation.
Assistant Manager (Security) Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry; qualifications/experience in industrial security.


Application Fee Details

What is the application fee?


Candidates from General, EWS, and OBC categories (including Ex-Servicemen) must pay an application fee of ₹1,000, which is non-refundable. For SC, ST, and PwBD candidates, an intimation fee of ₹200 is applicable, also non-refundable.


Payment can be made online via debit card, credit card, internet banking, or UPI, and the fee includes GST.


Selection Process

Selection Process


The selection for the Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager roles will occur in two phases. The first phase involves an online objective-type examination, which accounts for 75% of the total score. Candidates who pass this stage will then participate in an interview, contributing 25% to the final score. The merit list will be compiled based on the combined scores from both the examination and the interview.
