Educational Requirements for SEBI Assistant Manager Grade A 2025





































Post Title Eligibility Criteria
Assistant Manager (General)



  • Master’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years) in any field or


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Engineering from a recognized institution or


  • Chartered Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, Company Secretary, or Cost Accountant.


  • Equivalent to a Master’s Degree in that field as recognized by the Association of Indian Universities.
Assistant Manager (Legal)



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized institution.


  • Two years of post-qualification experience as an Advocate is desirable.
Assistant Manager (Information Technology)



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field with a postgraduate qualification in computer science or IT from a recognized institution.
Research



  • Master’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.


  • Recognized equivalent to a Master’s Degree in that discipline by the Association of Indian Universities.
Official Language



  • Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the Bachelor’s level or


  • Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as a subject at the Bachelor’s level.
Assistant Manager (Engineering Electrical)



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.


  • Desirable Experience: Knowledge of electronic systems and experience in project management.
Assistant Manager (Engineering Civil)



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.


  • Experience in construction project management is desirable.
