Educational Requirements

Position	Eligibility Criteria
VP Wealth (SRM)	Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. MBA in Banking/Finance/Marketing with a minimum of 60% from a recognized institution. Certifications like NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP/CFA are preferred. 6 years of experience in sales and marketing with reputed banks or wealth management firms.
Customer Relationship Executive	Graduation in any discipline with knowledge of the local language. Post-graduation in finance/marketing/banking will be an advantage. Certifications like NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP/CFA are preferred. 3 years of experience in sales and marketing with banks or wealth management firms.
AVP Wealth (RM)	Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
