SBI Vacancy 2025: The State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the recruitment notification for Specialist Cadre Officers (SCO) on December 2, 2025. This recruitment drive aims to fill 996 vacancies for various roles including VP Wealth (SRM), AVP Wealth (RM), and Customer Relationship Executive.


Eligible candidates can submit their applications online via the official SBI website from December 2 to December 23, 2025.


The breakdown of the 996 vacancies is as follows: 506 for VP Wealth (SRM), 206 for AVP Wealth (RM), and 284 for Customer Relationship Executive.


Eligibility Criteria:


For VP Wealth (SRM): Candidates must hold a graduate degree from a recognized institution. An MBA in Banking, Finance, or Marketing, along with NISM/CFP/CFA certification, is preferred. Additionally, a minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing and sales at a prominent bank, wealth management firm, or AMC is required.


For AVP Wealth (RM): A graduate degree is mandatory, with preference given to those possessing a postgraduate degree in finance, marketing, or banking, along with NISM/CFP/CFA certification. Candidates should have 3-4 years of sales experience in a bank or wealth management firm.


For Customer Relationship Executive: Candidates must be graduates and possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.


Selection Process:


The selection will involve multiple stages. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience, but meeting the minimum criteria does not guarantee an interview. The shortlisting committee will determine who progresses to the next stage. Selected candidates will be invited for personal, telephonic, or video interviews, which will be scored out of 100 marks.


Discussions regarding the Cost to Company (CTC) will occur separately with candidates who pass the interview. The final merit list will be compiled based solely on interview performance.


Application Fee:


The application fee varies by category: SC/ST/PWBD candidates are exempt, while General/OBC/EWS candidates must pay ₹750 online. Please note that once submitted, the fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other recruitment processes.
