SBI Clerk Mains Exam Date Revealed



The State Bank of India (SBI) has shared crucial information regarding the upcoming SBI Clerk Mains exam. Candidates who successfully passed the Preliminary Exam can now prepare for the Mains, as the date has been officially announced.


Exam Schedule


The Junior Associate Clerk Mains examination is set to take place on November 21st at various locations nationwide. This exam aims to fill a total of 5,180 vacancies.


Exam Structure


The Mains exam will feature 190 multiple-choice questions, totaling 200 marks. Subjects covered will include General and Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and Computer Aptitude. Candidates will have 2 hours and 40 minutes to complete the exam, with a penalty of one-fourth of a mark deducted for each incorrect answer. Those who succeed will proceed to the Local Language Proficiency Test.


Local Language Proficiency Test Details


Successful candidates from the Mains exam will be required to take a Local Language Proficiency Test, which includes 30 non-verbal questions worth 30 marks and a verbal component worth 20 marks.
