Key Updates from the Railway Recruitment Board
The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced two significant updates for candidates. Firstly, city intimation slips for the Group D exam have been made available, enabling candidates to identify their exam locations ahead of the computer-based test. Additionally, the results for the NTPC Undergraduate exam, anticipated by millions, are expected to be released shortly. Once announced, scorecards and cut-off marks will be accessible on the respective regional RRB websites. The Group D examination is scheduled to take place from November 27, 2025, to January 16, 2026, with e-call letters being issued four days prior to the exam date.
Details on Railway Group D Exam: City Intimation Slips
The RRB has published city intimation slips for candidates preparing for the Group D exam. Candidates can access their exam city details by logging into the official website of their registered RRB. Furthermore, candidates belonging to SC and ST categories can download travel facility information from the same portal.
This computer-based Level-1 examination, conducted under the Seventh Pay Commission, will occur from November 27, 2025, to January 16, 2026. The Board has confirmed that e-call letters will be available four days before the scheduled exam date as indicated on the candidates' city slips.
NTPC UG Results 2025: Upcoming Announcements
Candidates who participated in the RRB NTPC Undergraduate exam can look forward to good news, as the results are set to be announced soon. Following the results, category-wise cut-off marks and scorecards will also be released.
Once the results are published, a region-wise NTPC UG merit list will be available online, listing the names of candidates who have successfully completed the CBT and document verification process. This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 3,445 positions, including roles such as Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Junior Clerk cum Typist, and Trains Clerk. Candidates will be able to easily verify their selection status once the results are made public.
