Eligibility Criteria

What are the eligibility criteria?


Each position has specific eligibility requirements. For the Chief Law Assistant role, candidates must possess a law degree from a recognized institution and have three years of practice. The Public Prosecutor role requires a law degree and five years of advocacy experience. Applicants for the Junior Translator position should have a Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory subject. For the Staff and Welfare Inspector role, a graduate degree in Labor/Social Welfare or an LLB in Labor Law/PG Diploma is necessary. A 12th-grade science degree with Physics and Chemistry is required for the Lab Assistant position. Detailed eligibility information can be found in the official recruitment notification.

If you are a first-time applicant, you will need to create an account. Click on "Create an Account".


Generate a registration number and password by providing basic information, including a valid email ID and mobile number.


Log in using your application registration number and password.


Complete the remaining information, ensuring all details match your certificates.


You will need to upload a live photo where your face is clearly visible.


Upload your signature using a black ink pen, adhering to the size limit of 30KB to 49KB. Additionally, upload your SC/ST certificate and other necessary documents.


Pay the application fee and print the form for your records.

Candidates from the Unreserved/OBC/EWS categories must pay an application fee of Rs. 500 online. SC/ST/PH and female candidates are required to pay Rs. 250. Those who pass Stage-I will receive a refund of Rs. 400 for Unreserved/OBC/EWS categories and Rs. 250 for other reserved categories.
