Online Application Process for RRB Group D Recruitment



The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has initiated the online application process for the Group D (Level 1) recruitment. Aspiring candidates looking for government jobs in the railway sector can submit their applications through the official RRB website. The deadline for applications is set for March 2nd, with the final date for form submission after fee payment being March 4th, 2026.


Self-Application Process

Candidates are encouraged to fill out the application form independently, which can help avoid additional charges typically incurred at internet cafes. Below are the steps to guide you through the online application process:

2. Click on the 'Apply' link found in the Latest Updates section.


3. Log in using your Aadhaar card or railway account credentials.


4. Complete the required fields in the application form.


5. Pay the application fee based on your category.

Application Fee Structure

The application fee varies by category: General, OBC, and EWS candidates must pay Rs. 500, while SC/ST candidates are required to pay Rs. 250. After taking the Stage 1 examination, Rs. 400 will be refunded to General, OBC, and EWS candidates, while SC/ST candidates will receive a full refund.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the RRB Group D positions, candidates must have completed their 10th grade from a recognized board or institution. The minimum age requirement is 18 years, while the maximum age limit is set at 33 years. Age relaxation will be provided for candidates belonging to reserved categories, with age calculated as of January 1, 2026.
