Departments Offering Training

The apprenticeship program includes various departments, allowing students to gain skills relevant to their interests:



  • Administration: The largest allocation of seats is for administrative training.

  • Accounts Section: Trainees will learn about financial transactions and bookkeeping.

  • Lab Assistant: Positions are available for assisting in Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, and Computer labs.

  • Library: Training will focus on book maintenance and library management.


Eligibility Criteria for Applicants


  • Applicants must have graduated between 2021 and 2025 from Ranchi University.

  • The university will review applications and shortlist candidates based on their graduation marks. No entrance exam will be held.

  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited for document verification. Any discrepancies may lead to application rejection.


Stipend and Certification

Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹12,000 for one year, with ₹7,500 funded by the Government of Jharkhand and ₹4,500 by Ranchi University. This program is part of the 'National Apprenticeship Training Scheme' (NATS). Upon completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Work Experience, enhancing their job prospects in both government and private sectors.
